Runtime error while opening word.applicationn from VB

Hi,

I am trying to create an instance of word object from VB,
but it is giving me run time error "70 Permission
Denied". I have tried early bind approach but both are
not working. Does anybody has idea what is wrong??

When I am trying to create Excel object, it works. Seems
something is wrong.

Please advice me what should i do??
