Runtime Error!

Honesty

When I try to launch Visio 2000 I get this error and will
not launch.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
abnormal program termination


I've downloaded all of the updates, but still no good.

Anyone, have any ideas?
