I have three profiles that I chose from when Outlook 2002
starts. If the profile I chose to open is the same that I
last used, it works fine. If not, Outlook opens and then
displays an error message (
Microsoft Virtual C++ Runtime Library.
Program: c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\OUTLOOK.EXE.
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application´s
support team for more information).
Outlook is then closed. If I open it again with the
profile that just caused the error, it
works OK the second time.
Any ideals on how to solve this? I have
Win XP/Office XP and Norton Antivirus version 10 running.
