Runtime Error

I have Word 2002 as part of Works Suite 2006.

Many of my Word Documents are failing to open getting the following Error
Message :

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error

Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\WinWord.Exe

abnormal program termination

OK

Any ideas
