When I open Word to create a new letter or memo, I get a
runtime error message within a few lines and lose my
work. This does not always happen...sometimes I can
produce several docs with no problem Other times it will
happen over and over. No other programs are open when
thhis happens. I do not know if it happens in any other
Office aps since i don't use them. I'm tempted to buy a
Mac! I have a Dell Inspiron with Windows XP. Please
advise and thank you.
