Russian language spam

Any ideas on how to block the increasing amount of Russian (maybe Greek) spam
emails? Sometimes the names will be in "English" but text is Russian and
sometimes not. Increasingly pissing me off.

With Outlook 2003 or 2007 you can click modify the Junk E-mail filter to
mark as junk messages whose encoding is another language. Exactly how is
version-specific, but you didn't think your version of Outlook was important
enough to mention.
