S/Mime Problem

Help Please
I recently migrated my domain to a new Windows 2003 AD domain from NT 4...
When I did this I copied the user profiles from the old to the new. Now I
have one user who has encrypted email setup who can not setup a S/Mime
profile in Outlook 2000...
He can select the digital signature certificate and the encryption
certificate but the algorithm combo boxes are blank... Please help....
