S.O.S.!!!!! I cannot include clipart, page nos, or email addresses in docs!

Help!!!


I cannot include clip art images, pagination or email
addresses in any of my documents.

If I try to include a clip art image, a funky code appears:
{EMBED MicrosoftWorks.WkshbSrv.6}

If I try to include an email address, I get this:

{HYPERLINK "mailto: [email protected]"}

When I attempt to paginate documents, I see this:

Sanders/Truth {PAGE}

I tried reinstalling my Word and Works Programs repeatedly
with no success.

What can I do? I cannot type manuscripts or attempt to
use clip art images in business cards, brochures, or
programs with these errors. Is there any way to correct
this?

You have View fieldcodes checked under Tools, Options, View tab. Clear the
checkbox.
