We've noticed a lot more partners stating that when going into Outlook after
slow response, it wants to go into safe mode. We never had seen this since
going to Exchange, until recently where we have been experiencing "exchange
server" slow response for all users.
We've found a few posts about the outcmd.dat file having become corrupted
(although these are the users that don't add anything to toolbars), but find
it curious, it seems like the slow response and these problems followed SP2
that was distributed via the WSUS server.
Any other folks having the same problems.
