Safe Mode

How do I make the choice to start Outlook 2003 in the safe mode? Is there a default I can set to make it do this without my selecting it each time? Will this help me receive mail by bypassing my firewalls and popup and spyware blocks?

Didn't see a default option and no it won't allow you to
bypass any firewall or spyware.

Thanks for the link, Nick, and thanks for responding. But can you tell me why I'm not receiving new e-mails in Outlook 2003, or even in OE 2002? How can I get e-mail without making my system vulnerable by disconnecting or disabling all my protective software? In other words, how do I have a virus and pop up blocked system that will allow my e-mail to come into Outlook 2003? If I have to go into each protective program and put my incoming mail on an allow list, do you have any idea what should I specifically put on the allow list? Thanks.
