I've noticed that if I get an email from someone I know, which gets put in the Junk Mail folder, i've been righ
clicking and choosing "add to safe senders list". I presumed that this would then make OL know not to put future email
from these senders into the Junk Mail folder, but it doesn't seem to be doing this
Any pointers as to why this isn't working, or what else I need to be doing
