safe senders list

Hi,

How does this work then? I had presumed if a contact is added to the safe senders list, then it wouldn't get put in the junk mail folder on arrival - but this doesn't seem to be the case.

How do I tell outlook to stop putting mail from a particular contact / address into the junk mail folder?
