+ iif( level > 16000, 0.125*(level-16000), 0)
+ iif( level> 20000, 0.15*(level-20000), 0)


That is, assuming 12.5% is applied to what exceed 16000$, and 15% to what
exceed 20000$. ie, at 15999 the bonus is 1599.90$ and at 16001$, the total
bonus is NOT 2000.13$, a bonus increase of 400.23$ for a level increase of
3$, but a total bonus of 1600.15$
