Assign 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively to zoning, res, comm, multi-use respectively.

Then in a cell key in this formula:

=RANDBETWEEN(1,4)

If the result is 2, then it is res. You get the picture.

You will then be able to search the database and obtain that information,
plus a whole lot more right down to tax assesor map data

It's as good a guess as any, and by assigning numbers, Excel can handle those
very easily, and the lsit is easy to expand to include rentals on houseboats,
igloos and port-a-potties! <g>
