Sales plans?

Most businesses have to grow and are responsible to a sales or marketing
plan. Is there any plans for to develop the tools to properly plan and
execute these programs under Microsoft Project?

Try the templates section on the MS Project Website. Here's a link
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/results.aspx?Scope=TC&Query=pj&app=pj&Origin=HH101865241033

If you can't find something there, use the contact us on that page or see if
you can locate a template from a 3rd party vendor.

Generally, a marketing plan is a written document and would be quite
specifiic so I am not sure how much a project template would assist. The MS
Project file would be developed from the paragraphs of the Marketing Plan
document.

Hi,

As lmong as in your plans/track cycle you will track events (done/not done),
you can do that already now; I've been there.
Evolution of numbers (sy)uch as sales volumes) are not MS project's piece of
cake.
