Same entry on multiple sheets

Is there a simple way [other than laboriously cutting &
pasting] of having an entry on one sheet of a workbook appear on
another sheet in the same workbook. For example, on the first sheet, I
would type a name. I want the same name to appear on different sheets
of the same workbook without having to go cut & paste the name each
individual time. TIA all of you.

Name the cell you want to enter the value in, if you don't know how to
name check out the site

then wherever the want the name placed in your workbook just enter

=YourName

in the cell and the name will appear
