Same header/footer on multiple worksheets?

How can I get the same header/footer to display on multiple worksheets
within the same workbook?

Select multiple worksheets, then simply change headers & footers :
these changes will be applied to all worksheets.

If you have headers & footers which you want to "copy" to all others,
make sure that this worksheet is the active one once you have selected
multiple worksheets, before changing headers & footers.
