I am having the same problem. I upgraded the BCM software online and am using the trial of Accounting 2007. I get the same blank box in each program. If I attempt to connect via Accounting 2007 it is blank and if I attempt to contact via Outlook it is also blank.
The note states make sure that both are using the same SQL server.... but there are no istructions on how to select the SQL server or how to change it. It would appear to me that they are on seperate servers and thus can not find one another.
