Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup
From the File menu, select New and you will have the option of selecting
templates of surfing the net for some. Alternatively, try googling for
software project templates - there's plenty out there!
However, use them with caution. I guarantee that none of them will fit your
needs precisely, and you lose the value of reasoning out for yourself the
various tasks, their durations and the logic linking them. Much better to
have a think tank of 2 or 3 of you tossing around the ideas and testing the
logic. You are much less likely to forget something that way and you will
all be in the know of how and why the project has been formulated.
