SAPPortal Powerpoint Problem

Hi,

We are having serious issues with certain users opening
Powerpoint presentations from a SAP Portal repository.
They are presented with a garbled logon page. This is
supposedly fixed with Office XP sP2, but I still have a
user with this problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Your help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
