Save a defined print

My problem is that we use different printers for different project. Sometimes
it is enough wit A4 or A3 prints from our standard printer (set as default)
But at other times we need a larger print. We know how to change it in the
"File/Page Setup dialog box. But the next time we want to print it, it is
back to the "default" printer. Is it not possible to save another printer to
a specific project?

You can't save the default printer, but you can create multiple Views, one
for each format. For example Gantt Chart - A4 and Gantt Chart - A3. Setup up
each View so it looks as you want it for each paper size. Now all you need
to do is select the printer and you can print. Remember to swap back to a
working View after printing so your View does not get messed up. I also have
separate Tables for each View as well so my columns don't change.

Recording a macro to set the correct printer, View and Table can also save
you time.
