save a file with a preview

I am using EXCEL 2002 Core and Expert manual for
training. I have a small item that is frustrating me!
Page 38 of the manual ask me..."use EXCEL Help to look up
how to save a file with a preview." I cannot find any
information on this question.

Will someone please provide guidance in this area?

Found it ; interesting.

File -- Properties. On the Summary, check Save Preview Picture, click OK.
Save and close.

When you File -- Open, with Preview View selected, you'll see the preview (a
small graphic).
