save all pages of publication to mht format

hi, I am trying to get a specific range of pages from my publication into an
..mht file to make it easy to transport. When I try this via file save as, it
only puts 1 page into the mht file. Is there a way around this?

sorry, never mind. I found a reference to the recommended work around. need
to create hyperlinks between pages and then when the engine or whatever saves
out to file it will follow the chain and save each page to the MHT file.
Hopefully next version there will be an easier way or in general an easier
way to package things up for easy use by others, especially if MSFT wants to
really compete with pdf files. ok, to plug my scenario I want to easily be
able to pacakge up specific pages. So, I have a 12 page calendar and want to
quickly send 3-6 to the grandparents.

AFAIK, that's not a workaround. When you save the MHT, all the pages are
saved into it. You just have no way of accessing anything other than the
first page, because you have no back or forward links.

The next version of Publisher has built-in support for exporting as a PDF
file.

All current and previous versions support it if you use a third-party
product such as the free PrimoPDF from www.primopdf.com
