Save Appointments

My outlook keeps deleting appointments older then a week, even though I have
already gone into properties/ auto archive and told it to NEVER archive my
appointments. I need those at my fingertips for a years time for my business.
So what gives and how do I fix this?

P.S. I also sync with a Blackberry but i have set thoes settings to keep
appointments forever. What am I doing wrong?
