Save As always fails

I am running MSP Server 2003 SP2a, and MSP Professional 2003 SP2.

When I try to save any plan from within MS-Project Professional as a
PivotTable, I get "Operation Failed!"

This happens:
- Even a brand new plan that is empty and has not been saved.
- Regardless of the Pivot map I use
- Regardless of either choice of globally loaded fields

Saving as a project MPP file to disk works fine, but not as PivotTable.

Thoughts?

Does this happen on all machines or just one?

Has it ever worked?

What happened before it stopped working? (ie new program loaded, new patch
applied)

Only on one PC, actually...what do you suggest?

Get someone else log onto the problematic PC. Do they also have the problem?

If they do, remove and then re-install Project Pro ensuring it's installed
with SP1 and the Dec cumulative update (note the server needs to be at the
same software revision as the clients)

If they don't then delete/recreate the users profile who is having the
problem.
