Save As dialog maximizes

Usually when I open the Save As dialog, the dialog is 4x4 inch.
For some unknown reason, the Save As dialog is now maximized and
fills the whole screen. There appears to be no handles or icon to resize it.
So how do I resize it? Thank you for any feedback.

Double-click the title bar of the Save As dialog.

Right-Click its title bar & select Restore or Double-Click the title bar.
