I have a Visio 2003 diagram with multiple hyperlinks that I am saving as
HTML/VML. Even though I have entered a sort order in the shapesheet for
these Hyperlinks, my rendered HTML drawing only displays them in the order
that I created them.
How do I get Visio to respect my sort order for Hyperlinks?

P.S. I know that I can retroactively edit the generated XML to fix the sort
order but that's way too much work.
