Save As is hiding in Word 2003 with WinForecast

Hi
When trying to save a Winforecast file as a Word doc, the Save As menu
window is hiding itself and I have to access it via ALT-TAB.
I have spoken to Winforecast (a SAGE accounting program) who are aware of
the issue and claim it is an Office problem.
Any ideas how I can force the Save As window to display?

Sorry..should have been clearer. The Sage app has an export as Word function.
When clicking on that it is supposed to then open the Save As window to allow
me to save the Word doc.
It appears to be hanging at this point, but in fact the window (Save As) is
simply hidden and I can access it via ALT-TAB. (it does not show in the task
bar)
According to Sage this should not be happening and they claim that it is a
Word issue. The Save as window should be opening on top of the main window.
Thanks for any help.

I'd have thought it more likely to be a sage bug, in that when they coded
the option they omitted to give the focus to the Word window.

So would I, but they swear blind that the issue lies with Word.

It's no big deal really, but just annoying so I was wondering if there was
any way around it.

Anyway, thanks for your thoughts.

As a Systems and Management Accountant of some 20 years standing I can
confidently tell you that Sage is PANTS.
