Save As issues in Outlook

I have a user who just got a new PC. I installed the same Version of MS
Office (Office 2003) on this users PC as he had had previously. He is now
having a problem with the Save As function. When Save As is clicked a new
window appears. Before it would have the subject in the File Name: box. Now
it puts the first line of the e-mail message. I have searched online and
through many forums but have not seen this problem anywhere else. Is there a
setting or maybe a registry key that does this? Any help is appreciated

Yes, this user is saving as when composing a message and yes Word is set as
the email editor.
