Save as JPEG Option

Office XP has a Document Imaging program that we use to
scan documents using any twain scanner. The problem we
have is that we want to save scanned images as JPEG,
however the only option available is TIFF. Anybody here
knows of any plug in that will allow me to save scanned
images as JPEG's rather then TIFF, or know of any other
free ware that will allow me to scan documents using any
Twain scanner and save them as JPEG.

It might be easier to run a file conversion utility over your folder(s) of
TIFFs to generate JPEGs.

Paint Shop Pro (www.jasc.com) allows you to do such conversions very easily.
I am sure there are dozens more around.
