"Save-as: locks all office programs

When I try to "Save As" from any Office program, it locks up the program. I
have restarted the computer, downloaded the latest upgrades, but nothing
helps. What is the problem?

SAME HERE!!!

I cannot get any work done! Save works but save as does not. Found that
sometimes trying to open a file from FILE|OPEN causes the same problem...

HELP!! PLEASE!
