Save As Movie, but no animations?

Hi there, I'm trying to make a movie in powerpoint, but when I save the
presentation as a movie, NONE of the animations work. Is this a bug, or is
this by design (if so, this is pathetic!)? Is there any way around this? I
have basic fade in and fade out animations as well as a voice over etc. and
just want the timing and animations to stay in the movie...

Hi Peter,

It's by (pathetic) design.

Use Ambrosia's SnapZPro to capture the entire presentation. Use the
SlideShow menu > Set up show. Click the option Browsed by an individual
(window) so that the show plays in a window instead of full screen.
