"Save As..." option disabled

One of our workers cannot use the save as... option in
either Word or Excel. Save is available in the File menu,
but Save As.. is grayed out. Any idea what could cause
this and how we can make the option available again?

Either a 3rd Party Add-in that has removed the standard SaveAs command or
(most likely) a virus.
