Save as PDF - how to modify Security Settings

Hello,

Is there any possibility to change security settings for "Save as PDF" option?
I want to limit the rights to other users of a PDF document created with
Word. Ex: deny/allow copying, deny/allow printing... etcaetera...

I suspect you need something other than the free add-in for those features.
And any document that can be seen, can be copied, etc.
