Save as PDF results in blue PDF pages

Whenever I use the Save as PDF feature, the resulting PDF has blue pages. I
have recreated this on several different installations of Office 2007. All
of these computers are Windows XP SP3 and Office 2007 SP2. I haven't changed
any options or features. Is there a way to have PDF's correctly save via
Microsoft's Save as PDF. I can print a PDF using Adobe Acrobat correctly.
