How do I write the code to make it so the promt asking if
I want to replace an exsisting file when I "save as" does
not come up?

I tried to find the answer my self in the "help" and the
object browser, trying to break my dependency on this
newsgroup, but it's just a heck of a lot easier, and
faster to ask.

Precede the code with

Application.DisplayAlerts = False

and reset to True after
