Save as web with narration. THe sound does not work

I have a slide show with narration. When I save it as a web page, the
resulting presentation des NOT have sound, or at least I cannot hear it.
The final web presentation has an icon to "play/pause" the narration, but it
doesn't work.
What Can I do?
