Save as Webpage error?

I am no longer getting the 'Save as Webpage' choice under file. Now all I
see is 'Export as Web Page'. I am working in a .htm file. What do I need to
do to see the 'Save as Web Page'?

SP1 replaces Save as with Export as.
That is by design.
Edit the .pub file not a .htm file.
