"Save As" Window full screen: how to make smaller?

My "Save As" window in Microsoft Word 2003 has somehow gotten to be as large
as my screen (21" monitor) - and there is no minimize button in the upper
right hand corner. Does anyone know how I can reduce the size of this window
so it doesn't occupy my whole screen??
