If I have a currency of $1.0825 how can I save it in an Access table as
$1.08? I need to whack off the extra numbers after the cent column. I
don't want to round it. I want to eliminate it.

Allow Access to save the value as is. Whenever you want to _display_ the
value, use the Format function to "whack off" the unwanted characters.
