For saving Disk Space - After saving an attached file, at a location selected
by the user, the user shoudl be able to decide if this file should be detach
(actualy removed) from ourlook folders. This option can be set either at the
'Options; level as a general rule, or by each 'save' action.
As suggested by other - after detaching a file, a notification should be
inserted (in the email) saying what was the file that has been removed
It will reduce the number of dupicate files saved at different location on
the HD and will save a lot of HD space
