save edited pictures

i edited a picture on microsoft word after im done how do i save it to
pictures?

How did you manage to edit pictures in Microsoft Word? i never thought
Word can edit pictures. Did you edit in Microsoft Paint, or Microsoft
Photo Editor, or Microsoft Office Picture Manager?

To save files you have to use File, Save As .... But let us know how
you did this so that correct instructions can be given.
