Save Form Options

In the Form Options Menu, its possible to uncheck the Save Feature. Does
anyone know if there's a way to make this user role specific?
I would like some users to be able to save a form and some not to be able to
save it.

could use a rule in form options to check user roles and if allowed to save
to open a new form to fill out and close this one. The new one would have
the save enabled.

If user is not allowed it opens the normal form in which save is disabled.
You can use Roles to do this
