I'm not sure about that, but you can create a new folder
to your Outlook Bar Shortcut menu. From the Folder List
view, create a new folder. When you name it then select
Mail and News Items as the type of folder it is. Then it
will ask if you want to put a shortcut to your Outlook
Bar, and say Yes. I usually do this and save important
emails by different topics.
