Save Pen Pointer Annotatios

Is it posible to save pen pointer annoations that are made during a
presentation? Thanks for your help.

Click "keep ink annotations" when you exit the show

If you dont see this check in tools > options >view

is "prompt to keep ink annotations ticked"?

You can keep the ink annotations in PowerPoint 2003. 2002/XP and below does
not allow you to do so.

Try the free capture show addin. Capture : http://skp.mvps.org/cshow.htm.
You can manually capture a screen shot of the annotations on the slide
during slideshow mode and automatically paste it into a new presentation.
