save photos from e-mail as a jpeg?

In outlook 2000, I would like to save photos/gifs in original sent way.
However, when I right click to save, MY Pictures opens up and I can only save
as bitmap. Why is this? I want to save in it's original form, and can do so
using other mailbox programs, but not OUTLOOK2000.

Try emptying your Internet Explorer temp files cache.
