Save sent items in MS Outlook

Does anyone know how to place a button (macro) that will allow you to choose
whether you want to save the message or not? Kind of like the one in Hotmail.

You can make per message exceptions while composing by View-> Options...

Thanks! However, I was trying to come up with a "one click" shortcut that you
could place on a toolbar. Maybe a macro?
