save to a cd to play continuously on a dvd player stand alone

Does the new 2007 version save a presentation to a format ( and which one is
needed?) so I can save to a cd or dvd and play in our showroom continuously
on a stand alone dvd player? I am fairly new to powerpoint and need explicit
directions
