I have 20 machines all alike. I have office Professionial Enterprise Edition
2003 on them. 19 are fine however 1 will not open any files in any format by
any program in the suite. You save a file...exit and then come back and it
says "File Not available" The only diff is this machine has Wordperfect 11 on
it...BUT a personal machine has both on it and work fine....It takes 3 tries
to exit out of the program as it trying to save "normal" workarea.....In
other threads I saw comments about disable this and disable that...Pls don't
assume I know how to do that, I'm a user not that savy..We use symantec
enterprise antivirus on all our machines.....

Search for the OFFICEAV.DLL file on the problem computer's hard drive
(include hidden and system files/folders) and note the directory path
where it is located. Close all open applications. From Windows, click
on Start | Run. In the Open dialog box, type the command (including
quotes):

Regsvr32 -U "C:\<path>\OfficeAV.dll"

Replace <path> with the directory path for your OfficeAV.dll file.
Click on OK. You only have to run this command once (not every time you
restart your computer). You should get the message:
"DllUnregisterServer in C:\<path>\OfficeAV.dll succeeded."
