Word 2000 (9.0.2720)
When the document is saved (in .doc format) to the network
drive, and checked with Explorer, the size of the file is
0 (zero) bytes. In some cases the file can be recovered
by the originator. I think this is do to the fact that a
tmp file is still available for that document. Once the
tmp file is closed the zero file is truely a 0 bytes file.
Does anyone have a cure or can direct me to a M$ web
page. I have tried searches for "zero length files" with
no success
Thanks
